Shipping & Return Policy
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
- On average expect 2 to 5 business days for delivery
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Orders received after 1:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following day.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
- Orders over $1000 in value will require a signature upon delivery.
RETURNS
Products purchased through The Wrappers may be returned within 30 days from original purchase. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Upon receipt of your return. Customer is responsible for returning shipping fees.
Custom orders are not returnable/refundable
You must follow the The Wrappers return procedure below to receive a credit.
Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
The Wrappers will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no restocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.
How to Return
To request a return, please email us at info@thewrappers.ca to request a return. Ensure to include in your email: the order number, reason for your return & pictures of the product.
When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 10-15 business days. For questions or concerns, please contact customer service at info@thewrappers.ca.
SALES TAX
Orders being delivered will also be subject to sales tax: Ottawa, ON
TRACK YOUR ORDER
If you've provided a valid email address, you will receive two emails after placing an order. The first email will confirm your order. The second email will confirm shipment of your order and provide you with a tracking number.
